A graduate of JTS, as well as Columbia University, Hazzan Raquel Pomerantz Gershon performed as a soloist with the Jerusalem Chamber Choir on concert tours of Israel, Germany and Norway, opened for Aretha Franklin at the Olympic torch relay ceremonies, and has entertained at numerous conferences, including the Cantors’ Assembly, the Rabbinical Assembly, and at Cowboys Stadium for an AIPAC National Summit. Programming Updates

Our ongoing 18-month online study of Mishnah Berakhot, Listen, Pray, Think: A Journey through Mishnah Berakhot will conclude with a special Siyum led by Rabbi Cheryl Peretz LIVE at Convention 2020! This unique session will serve as the culmination to an unprecedented WLCJ program of studying Mishnah on the Internet.
